How Wellbody guides your journey
Wellbody doesn't hand you a static plan and wish you luck. Your body health journey is phased — starting with foundations and progressing as you grow. What you do in month one looks nothing like month six.
Even though your primary goal is stay mentally & socially engaged, Wellbody quietly weaves in all four pillars — fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery — because they all affect the outcome.
Your 4-phase journey
Foundations of Engagement
4-8 weeksThis initial phase focuses on establishing a routine for mental stimulation and social interaction. Participants will explore various activities that promote cognitive health and foster community connections.

- •Join an online community or forum related to personal interests.
- •Dedicate time each week to read books or articles that challenge your perspective.

Expanding Horizons
8-12 weeksIn this phase, participants deepen their engagement by exploring new hobbies and expanding their social networks. The goal is to enhance cognitive skills while building meaningful connections.

- •Attend local clubs or groups focused on reading, art, or other hobbies.
- •Start a book club or discussion group to encourage dialogue and community.
